1950's Ugly Duckling
Encompass Ideas provided full design, build and fitout for the renovation of this house.
The 1950's rooms were small and boxy with very small windows. Access to the front door was via steps alongside an overgrown bank and into an enclosed porch.
The two garages were converted and extended to include a new living area, study, ensuite and bedroom.
A new 3 car garage with its own toilet and large internal rumpus room with laundry extended out of the front of the property. This enabled it to provide further outdoor living on top of the garage. New decks wrapped around the exterior of the house.
