Encompass Ideas provided full interior architecture, interior design and landscape architectural design consultancy services to the clients for this project.
We managed the full build and fitout of the house working directly with the team of builders, sub-trades and our clients.
We managed all the architectural variations to the plans and documentation and also liaised with Wellington City Council on any resource consent and building consent issues that cropped up during the planning and construction phases of this project.
