Encompass Ideas designed, project managed and staged the renovation of their 100 year old brick rope factory building.
This project consisted of: designing and installing two kitchens, a funky breakout area with cinematic advertising billboard wallpaper, a more formal client breakout area, modern art and yet to be installed a 1970's pop art Werner Berges mural called Twin Sisters.
New bathrooms, offices, extended mezzanines along with an insulated and plywood lined ceiling with operable roof windows was installed.
The interior features polished concrete floors, carpeted and tiled areas and Swinson/Resene wallpapers feature throughout the building.
New doors to the rear of the building give access to the Kaiwharawhara Stream.
These photos show the open plan area and more photos will be taken at a later date to show the bathrooms and mezzanine level office spaces.
