Boulcott Suites Hotel apartment complex
Encompass Ideas had the full contract to design the interiors of the apartments, townhouses and reception areas - fittings, furnishings, colours and materials.
We procured all the furnishings, fabrics, tiles and wallpaper as well as specifying and supplying all the modern artworks showcased in these apartment interiors. These items were procured from local and international suppliers and we managed the complex tendering and prototyping phases of this aspect of the project.
We also managed the fitout of all the furnishings including the artworks.
We had the pleasure to work alongside Impact Project Management and Archaus architects to ensure the project was a success.
The finished project was completed on time and within budget.
